Vicepresidente de Technostrobe desde 2008, sucede al fundador Guy Buisson, que tiene previsto jubilarse en junio de 2021. Adem\u00e1s de su nuevo cargo, adquiere las participaciones del Sr.\u00a0Buisson en la empresa para convertirse as\u00ed en su propietario \u00fanico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3>PERMITIR LA NAVECAI\u00d3N SEGURA: LA MISMA MISI\u00d3N DE SIEMPRE<\/h3><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Al fundar Technostrobe en 2001, Guy Buisson se fij\u00f3 el objetivo de concebir, fabricar y distribuir soluciones de balizamiento innovadoras, eficaces y fiables para los propietarios de obst\u00e1culos de la navegaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea. Con el fin de generar unos productos innovadores que encontrasen comprador r\u00e1pidamente en Canad\u00e1, el acento se puso en la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de productos. Con la llegada de Francis Lacombe, la empresa se concentr\u00f3 en las exportaciones, con objetivo de desarrollar nuevos mercados y proseguir su crecimiento en Norteam\u00e9rica y Europa. En 2018, Technostrobe llevar\u00eda a cabo la adquisici\u00f3n de una participaci\u00f3n mayoritaria en ITO Navaids, empresa neerlandesa\u00a0especializada en balizamiento mar\u00edtimo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>PROSEGUIR UN CRECIMIENTO AMBICIOSO Y RAZONABLE<\/b><\/span><\/h3><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Adem\u00e1s de sus nuevas funciones, Francis Lacombe sigue siendo responsable de desarrollo comercial. Por tanto, el cambio de direcci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 por objeto mantener una continuidad en la estrategia de la empresa y garantizar su sostenibilidad. Technostrobe desarrolla sus actividades en varios nichos prometedores, en especial, en el sector de los parques e\u00f3licos marinos, que estan\u00a0experimentando un fuerte crecimiento tanto en Europa como en EE. UU. La empresa es optimista en cuanto a sus perspectivas de futuro y apuesta por una estrategia de crecimiento ambiciosa y razonable, para sacar provecho de las oportunidades que se presentar\u00e1n en los pr\u00f3ximos meses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>REFORZAR EL SABER HACER Y LA ESPECIALIZACI\u00d3N T\u00c9CNICA<\/b><\/span><\/h3><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">El saber hacer es un valor fundamental de la empresa que le permite seguir ofreciendo productos fiables e\u00a0innovadores, adem\u00e1s de un servicio de alto nivel a sus clientes.
